Jobmog.ai Trust Center

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Jobmog.ai provides AI-powered hiring tools designed with fairness, transparency, and compliance at the core. The Trust Center gives you a clear understanding of how we protect your data, how our AI systems operate, and how we support candidates and employers in a responsible hiring process.

1. Responsible AI

To support a global community of professionals, the JobMog team established four guiding principles: Fairness, Transparency, Accountability, and Human oversight. These directly shape how our products are designed, how decisions are supported, and how users experience our platform.

Fairness

At Jobmog.ai, fairness means evaluating candidates based on job-relevant skills, competencies, and potential — not background, identity, or irrelevant signals. Our systems are designed to focus on what matters for the role, reduce noise and subjective bias in evaluations, and continuously monitor for unintended disparities in outcomes.

Transparency

Transparency means users understand when AI is used, how it contributes to outcomes, and what it evaluates. We aim to clearly disclose AI involvement in interviews and assessments, explain evaluation criteria in plain language, and provide access to relevant evaluation insights where appropriate.

Accountability

Accountability means Jobmog.ai takes responsibility for how its systems operate and provides mechanisms for review, correction, and improvement. This includes enabling candidates to request human review or appeal outcomes, monitoring system performance, and continuously improving models based on feedback and observed risks.

Human Oversight

Human Oversight means AI supports decisions, but does not replace human judgment where it matters most. AI provides structured insights and recommendations; humans remain responsible for final decisions. Additional review is available in complex or sensitive cases.

2. How Our AI Works

We use AI technology to conduct structured interviews that combine pre-established guidelines with an AI engine that evaluates skills and competencies of candidates. We use the input from candidates to generate summaries and recommendations. We don't use AI technology to evaluate sensitive traits, body language, mannerisms, accents, culture, spirituality, and other intrinsic human traits that are not relevant to a hiring decision.

AI technology supports, not replaces, human decisions. This is known as "human-in-the-loop" and it's a core principle of Jobmog.

Despite our hard work to build exceptional AI technology, there are limitations to it. AI can make errors — a known case is generally described as "hallucinations." Not all skills can be fully assessed and soft skills can be subjective. Ultimately, outputs must be interpreted carefully.

3. AI Transparency & Candidate Rights

At Jobmog.ai, we believe candidates should always understand how AI is used and have control over their experience:

  • Clear AI disclosure — Candidates are informed when AI is used in interviews or evaluations
  • Human review available — Candidates can request a human review of AI-assisted outcomes
  • Access and challenge — Candidates can access relevant evaluation information and challenge results when appropriate
  • Alternative options — In certain cases, alternative evaluation methods may be available

4. Security & Data Protection

At Jobmog.ai, we treat candidate and employer data with a high level of care. Our platform is designed with security and privacy built into every layer — from infrastructure to data handling practices.

We protect data using industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and secure infrastructure designed to reduce exposure and protect against unauthorized access.

We apply privacy-first principles to how data is collected and used: data minimization (we only collect what is necessary), purpose limitation (data is used strictly for hiring and platform-related functions), and defined retention policies (data is retained only as long as needed, then securely deleted).

We are actively working toward industry-recognized security certifications, such as SOC 2.

5. Fairness & Bias Mitigation

At Jobmog.ai, we are committed to building AI systems that support fair, job-relevant, and consistent evaluations. We design our models to focus on skills and competencies — not personal characteristics — and we continuously work to reduce the risk of unintended bias.

Our approach includes: regular bias testing across candidate groups, accuracy monitoring to detect potential issues in evaluation quality, model evaluation and retraining to improve performance, and a continuous improvement loop informed by feedback and real-world usage.

6. Compliance & Regulations

Jobmog.ai is designed with awareness of evolving legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring, data protection, and artificial intelligence. Our platform and policies are developed to align with key regulatory expectations including U.S. hiring AI regulations (such as NYC Local Law 144), data protection laws (including GDPR), and emerging AI governance frameworks (such as the EU AI Act).

For enterprise and legal teams, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), subprocessor transparency, and trust status & certifications documentation.

7. Candidate Experience & Rights

At Jobmog.ai, we are committed to creating a hiring experience that is transparent, fair, and respectful of every candidate. Your rights include: knowing when AI is used, understanding how you're evaluated, requesting human review, challenging outcomes, and requesting data access or deletion.
